Wonderfully jam packed music store. Awesome selection and excited to come back. Tons of staff continuously checked to see if we needed help and they were very friendly. This store has a lot of sheet music and instruments you can purchase or rent. If you need any music products I would recommend coming here! They even have a repair center.

It’s rare these days to walk into a business and truly feel like the employees care, but that’s exactly what I experienced at Riverton Music. I went in to buy a guitar for my girlfriend, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was met with genuine kindness and effort.

Jason went above and beyond to help me find the right instrument, and the luthier (I wish I could remember his name!) took the time to inspect the guitar I chose, making sure it was in top condition and explaining why it was a great pick. Their attention to detail and care really stood out. When I finally gave the guitar to my girlfriend, everything they said rang true. She absolutely loves it. Huge thanks to the team at Riverton Music for making the experience so personal and memorable.

Riverton Music is a gem. I’ve been in a few times now, and every visit has been memorable. Jason in particular goes above and beyond — he’s knowledgeable, genuinely excited about music, and makes you feel like your instrument and your story matter.

I recently brought in my vintage Gibson L-10, and the way he treated it with reverence (and joy!) meant a lot. He let me play, listened, and even honored the guitar’s history in how he interacted with it. That’s not something you find everywhere.

The shop has a great selection — from Baby Taylors to high-end acoustics — and the staff balances professionalism with real friendliness. It’s a place where both seasoned players and folks just getting started will feel welcome.
